USING THE WEBSITE

You can create an account to receive information about our new products, offers and other updates. To create an account, click on the “Sign in” link on the website's header or on “My Account” on the footer. Once you create an account, you can sign in by filling in the fields “Email Address” and the “Password” you provided when you registered. You can also keep your details saved on your computer so that when you log in again, there will be no need to type your email and password.

You can request a quote by submitting a form (click on the "SHOP" tab and then "order our olive oil by completing this form"). You will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including your name, address and email address.

When you purchase a product though the website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including your name, address and email address.

You can submit a review by visiting the page of the product you want to review (click on the "SHOP" tab, then the product you want to review and finally on "write review"). When submitting a review, you must choose a username which will be shown on the review. Therefore, you can consider whether you wish to use a username from which you can be identified by others. The username must not (i) be offensive or in other ways insulting, or (ii) contain characteristics which belong to a third party, including names of famous persons, or personal names to which you do not own the rights. You warrant that your username does not infringe on any rights (including any intellectual property rights) belonging to any third party and/or pertaining to the Terms.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We may keep electronic and hard-copy information about your order on file so that we can follow up any problems with your order. We will also keep this information for tax and marketing purposes after your purchase is complete. It will be accessible only by the directors and employees of GLC Products Cyprus Ltd. We will not pass your information on to anyone else.

PRICING AND POSTAGE

Prices listed on our website are in Euros with all taxes included. Postage charges quoted at the online checkout are for courier delivery.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept orders online 24/7(starting in January 2021), through email 24/7 or by telephone between 9am and 5 pm GMT.

Payments can be made on this site through a PayPal account, or by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Maestro cards. Full details of the payment method are provided as you progress through the shopping cart. All credit card payments and payments with a PayPal account are handled by the Stripe or PayPal system. All payments are performed according to the highest safety standards.

BILLING INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

On rare occasions, you may find that the product you received does not match what you saw online. If that’s the case let us know.

GLC Products Cyprus Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions, images, information and other website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. In addition, all weights and size dimensions are approximate. If any product ordered from GLC Products Cyprus Ltd that you receive isn’t described as shown on the website, it can be returned in an unused condition as described in our Returns policy. If you receive an order that you believe contains a mistake, we encourage you to contact us right away so that we may fix the error.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and they are not guaranteed delivery times. We cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, service strikes, failure of telecommunication networks.

All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to reject all or part of an order without notice. If this is the case when you have already placed your order, your money will be refunded.

CHOICE OF LAW

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute arising under these conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the Republic of Cyprus.
