Prawn cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 leaves of lettuce chopped

  • 100g prawns cooked 

   For Sauce:

  • 150 g soya milk

  • 100g A³ Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 100g of any oil (e.g. corn oil)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoon ketchup

  • Salt and white pepper ground to taste

Directions

  1. Add the soya milk in a blender and while beating slowly add the A³ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the corn oil and the lemon juice.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix together with the ketchup.

  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve with the prawns and the lettuce.
