Ingredients

2 leaves of lettuce chopped

100g prawns cooked
For Sauce:

150 g soya milk
-
100g A³ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
100g of any oil (e.g. corn oil)
-
1 tablespoon lemon juice
-
2 tablespoon ketchup
-
Salt and white pepper ground to taste

Directions

Add the soya milk in a blender and while beating slowly add the A³ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the corn oil and the lemon juice.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix together with the ketchup.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with the prawns and the lettuce.
